Garlic Balsamic Vinaigrette and Marinade

garlic-balsamic
Wow! Here is a vinaigrette that stays blended yet is not creamy. This beautiful vinaigrette holds together naturally to evenly coat anything you want to put it on or dip into it. Our specialized method of blending fresh garlic, fresh squeezed lemon juice, and light balsamic vinegar is what keeps it blended, not added stabilizers or thickeners. This blending also draws out the natural sweetness of garlic which is often hidden behind its heat. Try it also as an excellent marinade for meat, vegetables and seafood or as a dip for fresh baguette or Italian crusty loaf.

Sunflower Oil, Water, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Fresh Lemon Juice, Fresh Garlic, Granulated Garlic, Sea Salt, Mustard Powder, Herbs.
