I am looking for your lust of ingredients for your new BBQ sauses. I came home took each out of my bag and nothing. Know what went in but no idea of the sugars, carbohydrates, salt etc., per tablespoon or such like. As husband now using insulin my details are important in how much he can have. The rest of bbq sauses are so full of sugar and salt it is terrible. You really jeep the sugars and salt down and personally I shop looking these all the time. Thanks
