- 4 Salmon Filets or Steaks
- 1/2 cup Snell House Lemon Dijon
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme or 1fresh
- 4 cups spring mix salad
- 1/4 cup Snell House Lemon Dijon

Instructions
- Mix the Lemon Dijon dressing, honey and thyme together until well blended.
- Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat. Pour the sauce into the pan and immediately add the salmon. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side depending upon thickness.
- Toss the spring mix with the remaining Lemon Dijon dressing and divide onto four plates.
- Place the salmon on top and serve immediately.
