- 2 cups tomato juice
- 1/2 cup Snell House Salsa your choice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup Snell House Salsa your choice again

Instructions
- Place the first three ingredients into a blender and blend for just a minute.
- Stir in the remaining salsa.
- Serve cold and garnish with your choice (or combination) of fresh cilantro, parsley or green onions.
Recipe Notes
Keeps well in the fridge for several days.
