Quick and Easy Gazpacho
  • ProductBlack Bean and Corn Salsa, Cilantro Salsa, Garlic Salsa, Shy Salsa
Ingredients
  • 2cups tomato juice
  • 1/2cup Snell House Salsayour choice
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • 1/2cup Snell House Salsayour choice again
Instructions
  1. Place the first three ingredients into a blender and blend for just a minute.
  2. Stir in the remaining salsa.
  3. Serve cold and garnish with your choice (or combination) of fresh cilantro, parsley or green onions.

Keeps well in the fridge for several days.
