Ingredients
- 1 cup orzo uncooked, or any small pasta
- 1/2 cup green onions chopped
- 1/4 cup red pepper large sweet, about 1/2
- 1/4 cup tomato finely diced
- 2 cobs corn
- Snell House Garlic Balsamic Vinaigrette
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cook the pasta to el dante stage and cool completely.
- Slice the corn off the cob and toss it in a bowl together with the green onion, red pepper and tomato.
- Add the pasta and about ½ a bottle of vinaigrette.
- Taste and add salt and pepper if you like.

It’s ready to eat right away or keep it in the fridge for several days.
