Pan Seared Brussel Sprouts
The kids will actually enjoy eating brussel sprouts with this quick and easy recipe.

- 1 lb. brussel sprouts
- 1/4 cup Snell House Garlic Balsamic Vinaigrette

Instructions
- Trim the sprouts , peel off any discoloured leaves and steam them for about 3 minutes. Rremove from heat and cool under cold water.
- Pour the dressing into a large sauce pan and turn to medium-high heat. Cut the sprouts in half lengthwise and place face down into the pan. Cook for about 5 minutes and serve.
