Warm Classic Garlic Potato Salad

Ingredients
- 3 cups potatoes cut in small bite size pieces
- 1 cup celery diced
- 1/2 cup peppers coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup green onions chopped
- 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes cut in half
- 2 - 3 tbsp olive oil
- Snell House Classic Garlic Dressing
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
- Boil the potatoes until cooked but still firm – don’t over cook them or they will become mashed potatoes.
- 5 minutes before the potatoes are ready add the celery to the pot just to blanch it.
- Drain the potatoes and celery thoroughly and place in a salad bowl. Add the peppers, green onions and just enough olive oil to coat them well. Pour Snell House Classic Garlic Dressing over the mixture (about ¼ cup or to your liking) and mix well.
- Add the tomatoes last so they keep their shape.
- Add salt and pepper to your own taste.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
