Ingredients
  • 1jar Snell House Smokey Baked Beans
  • 1/2cup shredded cheddar cheeseUse more if you like it more cheesy. You can also use vegan cheese as long as it has a nice melt factor.
  • 1 – 2Tbsp Nouri+Bites spicy Mexican seasoning saltSee www.nouribites.com to purchase or use your favourite Mexican seasoning
Instructions
  1. Heat the beans in a suitably sized pot over medium low heat.
  2. Once the beans are heated through, add the Mexican Seasoning and the cheese.
  3. Stir until fully combined and the cheese if fully melted. Taste and adjust seasoning to your taste.
  4. Serve warm with corn chips, pita bread or chips or nan bread
