Honey Lemon Dijon Salmon & Salad
  • ProductLemon Dijon Vinaigrette and Marinade
  • 4 SalmonFilets or Steaks
  • 1/2cup Snell House Lemon Dijon
  • 1tsp honey
  • 1/2tsp dried thyme or 1fresh
  • 4cups spring mix salad
  • 1/4cup Snell House Lemon Dijon
  1. Mix the Lemon Dijon dressing, honey and thyme together until well blended.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat. Pour the sauce into the pan and immediately add the salmon. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side depending upon thickness.
  3. Toss the spring mix with the remaining Lemon Dijon dressing and divide onto four plates.
  4. Place the salmon on top and serve immediately.
