Garlic Balsamic Shrimp with Lime and Cilantro

Ingredients
  • 1/4cup Snell House Garlic Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • 1/4cup lime juiceconcentrated
  • 1/2cup cilantrofresh, finely chopped
  • 1lb. shrimpraw peeled
  • saltto taste
  • pepperto taste
Instructions
  1. Mix together the first 3 ingredients. This is the marinade.
  2. Place the shrimp in a bowl or zip lock bag and add the marinade. Let sit sealed in the fridge for at least 1 hour and up to 24 hours.
  3. Pour shrimp with all the marinade into a fry pan and cook on medium heat until shrimp is fully cooked (pink in colour), about 10 minutes.
Recipe Notes

Serve over rice with the lime cilantro sauce and a salad for a complete meal in minutes.

Alternative:
Place shrimp on skewers and grill or broil until pink and fully cooked. Serve with your favourite side dish and salad or steamed vegetables seasoned with Classic Garlic Dressing.
