Ingredients
  • 4 Salmon Filets or Steaks
  • 1/2 cup Snell House Lemon Dijon
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme or 1fresh
  • 4 cups spring mix salad
  • 1/4 cup Snell House Lemon Dijon

  • 1/2 cup Snell House Lemon Dijon
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme or 1fresh
  • 4 cups spring mix salad
  • 1/4 cup Snell House Lemon Dijon

Instructions
  1. Mix the Lemon Dijon dressing, honey and thyme together until well blended.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat. Pour the sauce into the pan and immediately add the salmon. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side depending upon thickness.
  3. Toss the spring mix with the remaining Lemon Dijon dressing and divide onto four plates.
  4. Place the salmon on top and serve immediately.
